cbox Mobi is for users who work in the field to troubleshoot network/security or server-related issues. This device extends OOB or Hyper terminal console connectivity to the central NOC team. This Mobile device can easily be operated by an L1 engineer. So an L2/L3 engineer is not required to travel to the site. cbox Mobi has a pre-configuration that connects with the central NMS when powered on. It comes with a 4G LTE module built with a SIM card. This will connect to the internet and establish an SSH tunnel using secure connectivity to the central NMS. Allowing L3 engineers at the NOC to access local LAN port or USB-connected console port.
